DV Program,KCCへの質問メールの返答！

配偶者追加申請書類が受理されているのか心配で仕方なかったので、ＫＣＣにメールを送ってみました。通常でしたら１日もすれば返答が来ていたのに・・・・約１週間も掛かりました。
返答がなかなか来なかったので４回も送ってしまった（笑）

以下は、ＫＣＣからの返答メールです。参考までに・・・・

KCC has received the Spouse information you have provided. This information has been included in your case file. The name of the spouse will not appear on the interview letter. 

Your case has been forwarded to the American Consulate/Embassy of Tokyo. 
Any further inquiries regarding this case must be directed to them.

entrant status checkには名前は更新されて載らないみたいですね！

それと、大使館に書類が届けば、やはり後は全て大使館への問い合わせになるみたいですね！ 
英語が苦手な方は、その段階での問い合わせのが、いいですね！

DV Program（グリーンカード抽選）の配偶者追加申請について・・・・

私の妻が独身時にDV Program2014に当選しまして、当選結果後に結婚をしました。
その際に、配偶者として追加できるのかを手探りでなんとか方法を探し出し、個人で追加申請を行い、今に至ります。
今後のDV programに当選されて、配偶者を後で追加する方の為に参考として、ＫＣＣに問い合わせをした内容等を記録として記事にしたいと思います。

ＫＣＣはやはり日本語での対応はダメで英語のみでした(笑)

今後、うちと同じ状況(DV programに当選後に結婚して配偶者追加申請をする、追加書類送付は最初の申請申請を送った後)の方のためになるように……

私:配偶者として追加書類を送りましたが、受理されたのか確認したいです。 

KCC:では、ケースナンバー、名前、生年月日はなに？ 

私:2014…… 

KCC:はい、大丈夫です、貴方の情報は配偶者として追加されています、後は大使館で手続きを進めます。 

私:妻がアメリカ大使館に電話をして確認しましたが、私の情報は登録されていませんでしたが… 

KCC:それは最初に一人として申請したからです、後は面接時に処理します。 

私:では私は彼女と一緒に面接に行っても大丈夫なのですか？！ 

KCC:はい、大丈夫です。

無事にKCCの担当者さんからは面接に行っても大丈夫ですと言われました！ 

これで本当に安心して準備を進められます！ 

最後に、配偶者追加方法を記載してあるKCCからの実際のメールの内容を書き込みます。 

Fiancees or common law spouses cannot be listed as a beneficiary on DV cases. 
Once you are legally married, you may add your spouse to the case. 

To add a spouse, please submit the following to KCC once you are married: 

1: Copy of marriage certificate with English translation 
2:Forms DS 230 Part I & II for spouse 
3:Updated DS 230 Part I for the principal applicant 
4:Passport style photo of the spouse
